Quantity Fruit Punch

3 quarts pineapple juice

3 cups orange juice

2 1/2 cups sugar

4 1 pint, 12 oz bottles ginger ale

2 1 pint, 12 oz bottles carbonated water

1 1/2 cups lemon juice

1/3 cups lime juice

1 cup lightly packed fresh mint leaves

 

Combine juices, sugar and mint.  Chill. Just before serving, add remaining ingredients. Pour over cake of ice in punch bowl. Serves 75 4 oz. servings
